Requirements
What you need to do:
- organizing the sales process of banking products for client managers
- forming and developing a team of client managers
- joint visits with client managers to conduct sales mentoring sessions
- planning sales targets for each client manager
- interacting with related bank departments
- generating reports and preparing analytical materials
- implementing motivational programs.
Conditions
We expect you to:
- be a specialist with higher education and at least 3 years of sales experience
- be able to create presentation materials
- have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
- be able to work in a multitasking mode
- be a confident MS Office user
- be ready to use AI in daily work (training at company expense — we have our own courses).
