A Regional Manager of External Distribution is an employee of the direct sales unit, responsible for team development and the performance results of a group of Client Managers.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- perform representative functions;
- organize the mentoring process for employees of the Sberbank Public Joint-Stock Company's direct sales department;
- organize the work of the sector to achieve the sales plan;
- recruit and onboard employees;
- organize the work of assigned mobile service managers in accordance with the mobile service managers' work standards;
- implement the new external distribution model.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- sales experience of 2+ years;
- managerial experience is desirable;
- communication / relationship-building skills;
- experience in delivering presentations and handling objections;
- experience in conducting successful negotiations;
- ability to work in a multitasking mode;
- analytical thinking.
