Tasks:
- Analysis and redesign of end-to-end data product creation processes
- Implementation and adaptation of best development practices and frameworks
- Management of the template and standard library for production processes
- Identifying workshop needs for teams
- Fostering and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Defining tool requirements to support efficient processes, participating in tool selection and implementation with IT
- Conducting regular retrospectives and organizing knowledge sharing among teams
- Monitoring, analyzing, and developing T2M reporting for integration and core tasks
- Preparing analytical materials and reports for management
Requirements:
- Higher education (technical, financial, economic, or management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to business process design
- Experience with DWH, EIS, ODH
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and interacting with top management
- Deep knowledge of management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
- Financial literacy and performance management
- Proficient in Excel, BI tools
- Familiarity with corporate systems: Jira, Confluence, PPM systems
- Leadership and proactivity
