🎬 Direction: short-form content / TikTok / Reels / Shorts / Pinterest

We are a content farm, currently with 2,000+ social media accounts. We work with major international clients in the USA and Tier-1, with a small share from CIS.

🧩 Tasks:

— manage creators, editors, and freelancers

— assign tasks and control deadlines

— review content and provide edits

— monitor the quality of hooks, structure, dynamics, and visuals

— work with references, trends, and hypotheses

— improve the production process

✅ Requirements:

— experience in short-form content / TikTok / Reels / Shorts / UGC / SMM

— understanding of content production processes

— ability to handle a large volume of tasks

— English B1+

— team management experience
