Hi!

I'm Vlad, the product design lead at ggsel.

We are looking for an experienced product designer who will take responsibility for key user experience improvement initiatives: listing, conversion, quality, and delivery speed.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers and be responsible for the entire flow of key initiatives development: from strategy and vision to specific interface solutions and processes.

In addition, you will work on improving our design system — interact with engineers, create scalable components, and think through the architecture of interaction with AI.

What You Will Do

• Be responsible for the quality of the user experience
• Develop UX for new product features, reducing cognitive load in complex interfaces
• Together with the product manager, form the product strategy for the direction
• Communicate with users, conduct research, find and test product hypotheses
• Develop and scale the design system, optimize it for AI
• Improve and accelerate processes through interface and systemic solutions

What We Expect

• At least 5 years of experience as a product designer in large or medium-sized companies
• Strong systems thinking: problems → hypotheses → solutions → effect
• A portfolio with product cases and explanations of decisions made

Will Be a Plus

• Experience working in marketplaces
• Interest in games or understanding of game mechanics and user motivation
