The bank's MLOps expertise development center is looking for a TeamLead to join the centralized MLOps infrastructure development team. The team is creating a unified MLOps ecosystem for the full lifecycle of ML models and AI services. Main areas: • Model development environment and train/inference pipelines • Model execution environment and delivery pipelines • Non-model services platform • Feature Store • AutoML and AlfaPredict • A/B testing • RAG / LLMOps • AI-powered document processing system What you will do: • Lead the development of MLOps projects and pipelines • Configure and deploy platform infrastructure components • Develop and adapt automated MLOps and AutoML pipelines for business tasks • Create and maintain tools for a unified ML training and model application environment • Scale infrastructure and ML model lifecycle management tools • Develop platform architecture, gather requirements from product teams, and participate in MVP creation • Coordinate team activities and interact with development, analytics, and Data Science teams
Candidate expectations: • At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer • At least 1 year of experience in MLOps/ML Infrastructure • Independence, initiative, and technical leadership experience • At least 2 years of Kubernetes administration experience (bare metal) • Solid knowledge of Docker, Helm, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Python • Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK • Practical experience with Airflow, JupyterHub, MLflow, Seldon, CUDA will be an advantage • Experience with ArgoCD
