Senior Director, Product Design – Ecosystem

We're hiring a Senior Director, Product Design – Ecosystem at Slack.

AI is changing what it means to build software. This role decides what building on Slack looks like from here.

You'll own the design vision for Slack's developer platform, including:

• What agents do inside Slack and how people build them
• How developers and admins manage a growing ecosystem of agents
• How people find and trust the right agents in our marketplace
• How partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, Cognition, and GitHub make their agents feel native to Slack

It's a player-coach role. You'll set the vision with product and engineering leadership, stay hands-on in the work, and build a small, high-caliber team.

If you want to design the platform where people and agents work together, I'd love to hear from you, or from someone you'd recommend.
