Community Manager at 6Sns Bureau
Responsibilities:
- Participate in Telemost calls for synchronization with the project team
- Participate in preparing the content plan: read research and other materials from the medical field, suggest content options that can be created based on this research, describe your ideas, prepare technical specifications (TZ)
- Assist with managing the main chat sections: analysis of scientific articles, event announcements, event press releases, case study breakdowns
- Actively participate in refining chat sections and suggest ideas for improving content and related production processes
- Participate in collecting and analyzing channel statistics, identify hypotheses about content (what the audience likes, what they don't like, what content is needed, what isn't)
- Chat moderation and handling negative comments
Requirements:
- Creativity, desire to develop, ability to work for results, meet deadlines, accept feedback, formulate thoughts
- Willingness to collaborate with photographers and videographers, and the medical community copywriter
- Literacy and attention to detail, knowledge of spelling and punctuation rules, understanding the difference between a hyphen and an em dash, respect for typographical quotation marks;
- High communication skills, readiness to interact with various project participants
- Education in marketing, advertising and PR, journalism, communications / philology is welcomed
- Work experience in content management, chat moderation, or channel section management will be an advantage
