STRONG Team is a product, design, and engineering partner working with banks, fintech, and high-growth product companies across the UK, Central Asia, and the UAE.
A new digital banking product for SMEs and businesses in Dubai — onboarding and KYC, accounts, payments, business banking, merchant tools, and the operational layer behind them. Built ground-up. Greenfield surface area, real complexity, real stakes.
This is the seat for someone who wants to design the product, not just contribute to it. Core flows are still being shaped — every decision shows up in how customers experience their bank. Strong UI craft is the baseline; what we're really hiring for is taste, systems thinking, and the discipline to ship.
On-site Dubai. Product triads with PM and engineering. Strong design culture from day one. Leadership from global fintech and digital product companies. Decisions ship in days, not quarters.
Banking experience is a plus, not a requirement.
