Description
We are creating an AI assistant to advise citizens on retirement matters: conditions for registration, required documents, typical situations. The goal is to make interaction with the pension system clear and convenient.
Responsibilities
- Design algorithms for intent recognition and generation of legally correct responses
- Develop the assistant prototype: implement new features, improve answer quality, expand scenario coverage
- Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions through metrics and user feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in NLP: from TF-IDF/BM25 to transformers and LLMs
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of machine learning and experience in their practical application
- Practical experience in developing LLM pipelines, AI agents, or chatbots
- Confident command of frameworks for working with LLMs: LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents
- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate RAG systems
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions in the language of ML/NLP
- Skills in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code in Python 3.9+
- Proficient in tools: Git, SQL, Bash, Docker.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles and experience in designing REST API
- Experience in developing asynchronous and multithreaded applications (asyncio, aiohttp, multiprocessing, etc.)
- Experience interacting with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, Redis)
- Practical experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or equivalents)
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes.
