Colleagues are creating ARTENIX — a technological platform that should move construction management from spreadsheets, chats, and endless meetings into a unified digital system.

And here's the most interesting part 👀 The MVP already exists and has passed pilots with major developers. But during the piloting stage, the team realized that the requirements needed deeper elaboration, and the initial monolithic architecture was not suitable for scaling.

❗ Therefore, they are now rebuilding the backend and constructing a new microservice architecture from scratch.

Currently, the team needs a strong Senior/Lead Go Developer who:

• is not afraid of complex architectural tasks;
• knows how to build microservices from scratch;
• stays hands-on;
• can establish development processes and interaction between Dev/DevOps/QA;
• can mentor, lead a team, and influence technical decisions;
• has experience with highload (FROM 3000/5000 RPS), Kafka, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architecture.
