AI/Web3 Content Producer Wanted
We are a small team developing media about AI, Web3, useful tools, new opportunities, and practical applications of technology.
We are currently strengthening our YouTube presence and looking for someone who can find strong topics, independently understand products, and transform research results into clear ideas and scripts for videos.
This is not a classic copywriter vacancy, nor is it a job where sending texts generated by ChatGPT is enough. We need a person who knows how to research, test, think about presentation, and understand why a specific topic can be useful to the audience and interesting to watch.
▪️Tasks: ▫️Monitor the AI market, tools, trends, free opportunities, and interesting mechanics. ▫️Search for ideas for short and long YouTube videos. ▫️Independently test services and verify how everything works in practice. ▫️Find strong features, limitations, benefits, and interesting demonstration methods. ▫️Gather facts, links, conclusions, and materials for recording. ▫️Prepare script outlines and scripts using AI tools. ▫️Come up with hooks, angles, tests, and additional creative elements. ▫️Suggest title options and ideas for video packaging. ▫️Collaborate with the video creator and refine materials after receiving feedback. ▫️Gradually participate in content planning, analytics, and the development of the YouTube direction.
▪️Requirements: ▫️Good understanding of AI tools and the current market. ▫️Interest in Web3 and readiness to quickly dive into new topics. ▫️Ability to independently understand an unfamiliar service or product. ▫️Strong research skills and the ability to separate interesting topics from information noise. ▫️Understanding of YouTube content: hooks, retention, usefulness, dynamics, and reasons for clicks. ▫️Ability to transform test results into a clear script or working outline. ▫️Experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools. ▫️Independence, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines. ▫️Readiness to receive feedback and gradually improve the quality of materials.
Experience specifically in YouTube will be an advantage, but we are also ready to consider strong AI researchers, channel authors, technical specialists, and people with their own projects.
▪️Conditions: ▫️Remote work and flexible schedule. ▫️Employment of about 10–15 hours per week. ▫️Work primarily with AI tools, research, and real-world testing. ▫️Access to internal materials, examples, sources, and team workflows. ▫️We will help you understand the format and adapt to our requirements at the start. ▫️Payment: fixed + bonuses, details after discussion. ▫️Opportunity to gradually expand responsibilities. ▫️Prospect of growth to a full Content Lead.
Important: we are not looking for someone who just retells news or sends raw texts from AI.
You need to be able to independently understand a topic, test it in practice, find a strong angle, and prepare material that can be used in real video production.
