💡 About the role: We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to take ownership of observability, reliability, and secure delivery across our Kubernetes-based microservices.

🔍 Key Responsibilities Observability & Reliability:

• Operate and evolve the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki + Promtail).
• Maintain SLO-driven alerting via Alertmanager (Telegram/Email channels).
• Track capacity, performance, and cost across services to improve MTTR/MTTD.

Platform & Infrastructure:

• Manage production Kubernetes clusters (deployments, rollouts, ingress, load balancing).
• Handle container lifecycle (Docker) and secure image management.
• Operate PostgreSQL, Redis, and ClickHouse used for logs and analytics.

Security Monitoring (optional DevSec scope):

• Apply Kubernetes hardening (RBAC, NetworkPolicies, TLS/mTLS).
• Monitor runtime anomalies and prevent unauthorized activity.
• Ensure compliance with OWASP practices, audit trails, and retention policies.

CI/CD & Automation:

• Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines (build/test/scan/deploy).
• Implement progressive delivery and safe rollback strategies.
• Promote GitOps practices (ArgoCD/Flux) when applicable.

🎯 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
