In connection with active development and expansion, our company is launching a competition for future game designers.

We are looking for talented players who want to grow into game designers through real immersion in the project. You will start working as a Junior Game Designer/Support Engineer/QA Engineer/Community Manager Trainee (GameDev), and later you will be solving game design tasks. Those who successfully pass the probationary period will be transferred to the main game design department.

What you will get:

Your future responsibilities:

• Researching competitor game and monetization mechanics;
• Development and support of mechanics, progression systems, balance, and monetization;
• Preparing concepts, UI mockups, and economic impact calculations;
• Creating and updating GDD / balance documentation;
• Assigning tasks to programmers, artists, and analysts;
• Analyzing metrics (retention, monetization, engagement) and participating in A/B tests;
• Working with analytics data and evaluating developed mechanics.

Candidate requirements:

• You actively play F2P projects (specify which ones);
• You are ready for constructive feedback;
• You can find solutions independently;
• English language proficiency at B1 level.

Will be a plus:

• If you are a top player or clan leader;
• You have experience writing bug reports / constructive feedback on balance;
• You have experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
