Game Designer - Playfocus

Playfocus is one of the studios whose cool games SayGames publishes. It's a small team of experienced professionals. We have launched three successful idle arcade games together and are building a team that can turn them into real hits.
We are looking for a Game Designer (Monetization and LiveOps) to take Renovation Day (iOS / Android) and our other projects to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities for project monetization.
- Prepare designs and work with the team to implement game features, mechanics, and events.
- Test changes and A/B test new features, events, prices, and related features.
- Improve and develop the offer system and in-game store.
- Formulate monetization and Live Ops strategy. Determine how to ensure the growth and development of our games, maintain interest, and retain players for the long term.
- Bring together the experience of the team, experienced colleagues, experts, and the industry to formulate an approach to improving our games and lay a solid foundation for developing new ones.
- Share experiences, insights, and experiment results with the team.
- Help implement successful solutions on other projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of commercial experience working on Hybrid Casual, Casual, or Midcore projects with a f2p economy.
- Experience in designing, launching, and analyzing events or other monetization mechanics.
- Completed projects or experience working on 2 different projects.
- Extensive gaming experience in mobile and other f2p games.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on hypercasual games.
- Participation in game jams, presence of pet projects.
- Experience creating mods or supporting private servers.
