About the Role
As Chief Technology Officer, you will own our global technology vision and execution while remaining deeply hands-on with the systems you lead. This is not a purely managerial role. You are expected to actively participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical problem-solving — setting the standard for engineering excellence through direct involvement.
You will lead and scale the core engineering organization, serving as both a technical authority and a trusted executive partner to the CEO and leadership team. You will be responsible for building resilient platforms, developing strong engineering leaders, and ensuring that technology decisions align tightly with business priorities. Clear communication, calm leadership, and credibility earned through action are essential to success in this role.
