Next Genium is looking for an SMM Specialist

Next Genium is an indie game development studio. We are looking for an SMM specialist to systematically manage the studio's social media and promote our projects.

We consider candidates with experience in gamedev or relevant SMM experience.

Work Format

• Remote work • Full-time — 7.5 hours a day, 5/2 • Flexible working hours • Salary — 50,000–70,000 ₽ per month • Time tracking through a tracker

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of a content plan • Preparation and publication of content about the studio and its projects • Management and development of social media • Adaptation of materials for different platforms • Analysis of publication effectiveness and adjustment of content strategy • Interaction with the team to prepare content

Requirements

• SMM work experience from 1 year or relevant experience • Understanding of editing dynamics, working with music, subtitles, and visual effects. • Text writing and editing skills • Understanding of social media promotion principles • Ability to plan work independently and meet deadlines • Responsibility, systematic approach, and initiative

Will be a plus

• Experience in gamedev • Experience promoting games or gaming communities • Skills in working with graphic and video editors • Portfolio with results of previous projects
