ML Lead

We are looking for an ML Lead at Epdilon3 to develop AI solutions for government agencies and large organizations in the UAE, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Our products are already used in licensing, company scoring, antitrust analysis, electricity demand forecasting, and other critical systems.

Responsibilities: Develop models for forecasting, scoring, anomaly detection, and AI agents. Deploy models to production and scale them. Lead a small ML team: mentoring, processes, task distribution. Work directly with clients and participate in R&D.

Must have: Strong Senior in ML/AI. Python, statistics, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP. Systems thinking and a desire to build technologies that influence national-level decisions.

The team is Russian-speaking, English knowledge is a plus.
