Bell Integrator actively implements projects throughout Russia, and our clients include the country's largest system-forming financial, telecom, and retail companies.

Project: Billing modification.

We need a full-cycle engineer-practitioner capable of independently handling development, automated testing, and system analysis within the Oracle ecosystem. The candidate should be able to decompose business requirements, design testable architecture, write production code in PL/SQL, cover it with autotests (utPLSQL/Contract/Load), and integrate checks into CI/CD as Quality Gates.

We expect:

The candidate must have experience in production use of tools from the following domains. Not just interface knowledge is expected, but setup, integration, and results analysis.

• 1. IDE: Oracle SQL Developer, VS Code, DBeaver, PL/SQL Developer
• 2. Administration & DB: Oracle (experience with Redis/PostgreSQL/MongoDB is a plus)
• 3. Static Analysis: SonarQube (PL/SQL plugin), PL/SQL Cop, Oracle Code Analyzer
• 4. Profiling & Tuning: DBMS_PROFILER, SQL plan optimization, SQL Trace
• 5. Integration Buses & API: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, REST API, SOAP, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, API Gateway, GraphQL, Postman
• 6. Development: PL/SQL, DDL/DML, Logic Encapsulation, private/public sections, stateless/stateful packages, Calculation Caching at the DB transaction isolation level
• 7. Guaranteed event delivery, Processing large volumes without materialization
• 8. Testing: TDD approach to PL/SQL, utPLSQL, SQL Developer Unit Testing, Mock packages, Selenium, pytest, test data design (generation, masking, synchronization), dealing with flaky tests, validation of distributed scenarios, testing (load, fault tolerance, security, scalability)
• 9. CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI, SonarQube CI-gating, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
• 10. Additional: Confluence, JIRA, Patterns (Event-Driven Architecture, Message Queue, Pub/Sub, Saga, CQRS)

Key Tasks:

Independent implementation analysis: Decomposition of epics/requirements into architectural solutions with an emphasis on testability, decomposition of business requirements into technical specifications, design of API/DB contracts, validation for testability, assessment of the impact of changes on related modules.

Development: Design and refactoring of package architecture, development in accordance with classic patterns, SQL plan optimization, bulk processing, caching, code review, expert knowledge of DDL/DML, Code/Tests/Architecture Review, mentoring Middle/QA, standardization of artifacts, implementation of shift-left/testing-as-code, facilitation of bug triage and RCA, ETL transformations, data loss-less migrations.

Automated Testing (DB/Integration/Load): Writing unit/integration tests (utPLSQL), contract testing, load scenarios, profiling under load. CI/CD & Quality Gates: Setup and management of pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) with mandatory stages: lint → unit → contract → perf → deploy. Setup of static analysis gating.
