We are looking for an independent systems analyst who will become a key expert in the team and will handle product tasks end-to-end. The project involves the implementation of a front- and middle-office solution for the investment business of one of the largest banks in the Russian Federation. You will work with real investment processes and influence product development.

☄️Responsibilities:

Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business and system requirements Preparing technical specifications and managing changes Developing integrations between systems (API, queues) Working with the business context of investment products Creating UML and BPMN diagrams Interacting with back-office, risk control, and treasury teams Participating in business analysis tasks (30–40% of workload) Conducting gap analysis (as-is / to-be)

✏️Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst Experience in investment/brokerage business Proficient SQL skills (join, subqueries, functions/procedures, database interaction) Experience with MSSQL Understanding of integrations (REST API, queues, web services) Knowledge of data formats: JSON, XML, XPath Experience in describing requirements (business, functional, non-functional) Experience with UML, BPMN Basic programming skills Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools
