We are looking for a Junior Data Science specialist with an NLP focus for the SberBusiness team, who will help us implement large language models into the bank's processes, develop AI agents, personalize user content, and create tools that improve customer experience, which will allow you to grow and the bank to profit.
What we do
- Develop industrial recommendation systems for bank products and the ecosystem, integrate them into end-to-end business processes.
- Build ranking models for offers for b2b clients, taking into account strict contact policies.
Personalize content: use NLP and generative models (LLM) to adapt product and entertainment selections.
Responsibilities
- assist in implementing LLMs into production: fine-tune, optimize, and adapt large language models for the bank's tasks
- participate in the development of RAG systems and AI agents
- conduct research and A/B tests: evaluate the effectiveness of different LLM architectures and product hypotheses
- work with data engineers and data analysts to bring models into industrial operation
- skills in working with generative AI models
Requirements
- specialized technical or mathematical education
- initial experience as a Data Scientist
- understanding of the principles of classical and deep machine learning algorithms
- experience using the Python ML stack: pandas, numpy, sklearn, PyTorch, transformers
- understanding of NLP methods and LLM principles
