About the company: 🔸We are an international product IT company with an office in Boston, USA. 🔸Our service helps to faster find, evaluate, and promote commercial real estate using AI and deep market analytics. This is a solution for brokers, investors, and owners who need up-to-date listings, accurate insights, and faster deal decisions. 🔸Now we are looking for an SEO specialist with experience in promoting large projects in highly competitive Western markets (US, UK, etc.)
Responsibilities: 🔸Analyze competitors. 🔸Develop and implement a website promotion strategy. 🔸Collect, analyze, and cluster search queries, form a semantic core. 🔸Perform technical website optimization, work on website structure and On-Page optimization. 🔸Develop and implement a link-building strategy, control the work of link builders. 🔸Set technical tasks for programmers and control their execution. 🔸Search for and implement new ideas for project traffic growth.
Main requirements: 🔸Successful experience in promoting large websites (from 1000 pages) in Western markets for at least 2 years. 🔸Availability of cases and work examples. 🔸English level from Intermediate and above. 🔸Experience working with developers and link builders. 🔸Experience with SEO services Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc. 🔸Understanding of search engine algorithms. 🔸Persistence, responsibility, and stress resistance. 🔸System thinking and analytical approach. 🔸Readiness to work full-time for at least 8 hours a day.
