Vacancy Description: Heatherglade is an international game studio. We are developing our own mobile idle projects with an audience of 50+ million players. Our employees work from different countries around the world. The staff numbers over 40 people. Due to team expansion, we are looking for an AI Video Creator who will be responsible for producing AI videos and other promotional materials.

Responsibilities: • Production of AI video creatives: from generating necessary materials to final editing; • Development and implementation of new storylines for videos aimed at attracting an audience; • Reskins of existing creatives into different visual styles (e.g., converting videos to isometric, 3D style, and other formats); • Independent generation of assets in the specified project style for their subsequent use and animation in videos; • Working with AI tools: combining different neural networks and approaches to achieve the desired, predictable result; • Estimation of task completion times and adherence to agreements; • Interaction with the team;

We expect: • Relevant experience with AI video generation and professional video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar); • Confident work with modern image and video generation tools, as well as an understanding of prompt engineering principles; • Skills in independent work with visuals: ability to generate assets and refine them manually to ensure the image looks cohesive and fits the required style; • Good understanding of frame dynamics, composition, color theory, and chiaroscuro; • Independence: ability to organize your workflow and deliver consistent results; • Openness to feedback, friendliness, and teamwork skills; • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates AI video creation and quality editing skills;

Will be a plus: • Experience in GameDev or marketing: understanding the specifics of mobile games and creative production pipelines; • Familiarity with UA creatives and understanding how to grab viewer attention from the first seconds; • Gaming experience: playing mobile games (especially idle) and understanding what current advertising and game art looks like;

We offer: • Fully remote work format; • 5/2 schedule, full-time employment; • Vacation: 28 working days; • Compensation of 50% of the cost of professional training and English language courses; • Salary is discussed individually.
