🕹 Responsibilities:

— Development in Oracle PL/SQL: stored procedures, functions, packages, data loads, and data marts

— Automation of procedures, event processing, monitoring, logging, and alerting

— Validation of sent data, testing during new system version releases

— Development and implementation of new detection scenarios in the GIS "Anti-Fraud" (41-FZ)

— Development of models for detecting fraudulent subscribers and calls: classification, scoring, anomaly detection

— Data preparation and enrichment (CDR, subscriber profiles, signaling traffic, GIS "Anti-Fraud" data), construction of behavioral and network features

— Training, validation, and quality assessment of models, calibration of thresholds for new fraud schemes

— Deployment of models into industrial operation, quality monitoring, and retraining

— Interaction with regulators, telecom operators, banks, and relevant company departments

— Maintenance of documentation for systems and scenarios, preparation of reports and presentations

— Identification of new fraud schemes, maintenance of a risk matrix, participation in incident investigations with the security department

— Preparation of technical specifications for IT system enhancements and participation in acceptance testing

🕹 Candidate Requirements:

— 4+ years of IT experience as an analyst or developer (telecom, banking)

— Higher technical education (applied mathematics, computer science)

— Advanced SQL and Oracle PL/SQL development experience

— Python: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn

— Knowledge of ML methods and model quality metrics

— Knowledge of telecom fraud types and detection methods, mobile network technologies

— Excel (Power Query, OLAP, macros), BI tools

— Desirable: Hadoop, Spark

— Analytical mindset, communication skills, ability to work with adjacent departments

— Basic English language proficiency

— Experience in developing anti-fraud or scoring models (will be a plus)

based on interview results, depending on experience
