Under their management: Influencer • Production • Community • Events • PR/SMM • SERM (outsourced)

Responsibilities: ▪️ Marketing strategy in collaboration with the CCO ▪️ Team management, task assignment, and supervision ▪️ Marketing budget: allocation, analytics, optimization ▪️ Team KPIs + reporting ▪️ Building processes within the department ▪️ Working with contractors ▪️ Searching for new acquisition channels and scaling

We expect from you: ✅ 3+ years in marketing, 1–2 years in a leadership position ✅ Experience in iGaming / Online Casino / Betting / Affiliate ✅ Real experience in building processes, not just supporting them ✅ Budgeting, analytics, contractor management ✅ English from B1
