Digital Alliance is a fintech company developing digital products for business. We work with a modern stack (TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js), build a microservice architecture and solutions without legacy. We are looking for an engineer who will take on the development and maintenance of our infrastructure.
What you will do
- Deployment & Orchestration: deployment and support of Kubernetes clusters and Docker environments.
- CI/CD: building and optimizing pipelines in GitLab CI for microservices on NestJS and frontend on Next.js (SSR/SSG).
- Infrastructure: ensuring stable operation of services both in the cloud and on our own hardware.
- DB Administration: support and performance tuning of PostgreSQL (replication, backups, optimization).
- Monitoring & Observability: implementation and setup of monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging.
- Network & Security: working with Traefik/Nginx, managing certificates and ensuring the security of the fintech environment.
What we expect
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or System Administrator.
- Confident use of Kubernetes and Docker Compose in production.
- Deep understanding of Linux (Ubuntu).
- Experience in setting up GitLab CI/CD for TypeScript projects (build, tests, deploy).
- Ability to work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Understanding the specifics of deploying Next.js applications.
- Willingness to support infrastructure regardless of the environment (Bare-metal / Cloud).
Will be a plus
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python for routine automation.
- Experience with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform).
Conditions
- Salary: 900,000 — 1,300,000 tenge (net, negotiable).
- Schedule: 5/2, flexible start of the day.
- Format: office in the center of Astana / hybrid.
- Minimum bureaucracy, direct work with the CTO and the opportunity to influence architectural decisions.
