Product Designer / PayDigital Remote
Our products handle 800k transactions and ~1 billion ₽ per month. We are the market leaders in digital goods in the CIS, working with 10+ enterprise clients (Ozon, VK, Rocketbank) and expanding into international markets.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will lead a significant part of the product, influence the quality of solutions, and help develop design processes. 🐻 What you will be doing: — Leading and developing product scenarios in the eCommerce direction of digital goods;
— Designing user flows for web and mobile from scratch to launch;
— Developing eCommerce storefronts, catalogs, and purchase scenarios that impact conversion; — Conducting research, working with data, and UX tests when making decisions; — Developing the design system and component library together with development; — Proposing hypotheses for product improvement and bringing them to life.
✨ What is important to us: — Product design experience of 4+ years; — Minimum 2 years in eCommerce, marketplace, fintech, or travel-tech; — Ability to independently manage a task from understanding the problem to launch; — Excellent experience in designing web and mobile interfaces; — Understanding how structure, text, and visuals affect conversion; — Experience working with design systems and component libraries; — Portfolio with relevant cases.
It would be great if you have experience in small teams with high autonomy or in white-label / platform products 🚀
