Head of Research (iGaming, relocation to Cyprus / remote)

An international iGaming holding company is looking for a Head of Research to build a market research function, support entry into new markets, and improve the efficiency of existing ones.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on new and existing geographics (Tier 1/2/3); • Market analysis: competitors, product offerings, bonus mechanics, UX; • Study of acquisition channels: traffic sources, restrictions, costs; • Gather insights on the local audience: player behavior, cultural specifics, payment habits; • Analysis of regulations and risks: legal, advertising and payment restrictions; • Prepare go-to-market recommendations and structured reports for C-level and business units; • Build and manage the research function: hiring, processes, standards; • Validate hypotheses before launch and participate in post-launch analysis of results.

🎯 Requirements:

• Experience in conducting market research (geographics, competitors) in iGaming or other high-risk sectors; • Experience in preparing go-to-market strategies and market entry plans; • Ability to turn chaotic information into clear conclusions and recommendations; • Understanding of basic metrics (CAC, LTV, retention) and the logic of "market → hypothesis → result"; • Experience in hiring and managing a team, building research processes; • Experience working with regions LATAM, Asia, MENA, Africa, CIS, or Europe; • Fluent English.
