About the Project

We are the machine learning platform team of one of Russia's largest banks. We are building a unified infrastructure framework for the development, training, and operation of ML models: from classic algorithms to LLMs and computer vision.

Who We Are Looking For

A Senior DevOps/MLOps Engineer with experience in the banking sector, who knows how to build scalable machine learning pipelines, understands the nuances of working with LLMs, and is ready to take responsibility for the reliability and performance of the ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy infrastructure components for the ML platform: Kubernetes clusters, storage, message brokers, monitoring
• Create and maintain user tools for working within the unified ML framework: JupyterHub, MLflow, services for model training and inference
• Develop automated pipelines from scratch for AutoML, LLMs, computer vision: from data preparation to deployment and monitoring
• Ensure the scalability, fault tolerance, and security of the developed systems
• Implement LLMOps practices: prompt management, data and model versioning, A/B testing, LLM quality monitoring
• Participate in the design of RAG architectures: integration with vector databases, orchestration of extraction and ranking pipelines
• Automate routine operations: CI/CD for ML, configuration management, infrastructure self-healing

Requirements

• Mandatory experience working in a bank
• Experience with A/B testing
• Skills in RAG/LLMOps
• Experience developing automated pipelines from scratch (AutoML, LLM, computer vision, etc.)
• DevOps experience of 3+ years (Docker, Helm, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Python)
• ML/MLOps experience of 1+ year (Airflow, JupyterHub, MLflow, Seldon, CUDA)
• Kubernetes administration experience of 2+ years
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK
