Senior MLOps / DevOps Engineer

Company: Selecty (KA) Location and format: remote within Russia Salary: 300,000 — 400,000 ₽ net under an employment contract (higher for sole proprietorship)

The project is related to the development of the bank's centralized MLOps infrastructure. The team is building a unified ecosystem for the development, training, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models. The area of responsibility encompasses the full ML lifecycle: from the development environment to production and solution scaling (including AutoML, LLMOps, and AI services).

Main focus areas: — Model development environment and train/inference pipelines — Model execution environment and delivery pipelines — Non-model service platform — Feature Store — AutoML and internal platform for analysts — A/B testing — RAG / LLMOps — AI document processing system

Technological stack: JupyterHub, Airflow, Argo Workflows, MLflow, Seldon Core, Python, Hadoop (Spark, HDFS), Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Longhorn, Jenkins, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

Responsibilities: — Deployment and configuration of MLOps platform infrastructure components — Development and adaptation of pipelines (AutoML, LLM, CV, etc.) — Building and developing CI/CD processes for ML — Creating and maintaining tools for working with ML models — Scaling ML infrastructure and services — Supporting the full model lifecycle (train → deploy → monitoring) — Optimizing system performance and stability — Collaboration with Data Science, development, and analytics teams

Requirements: — DevOps experience of 3+ years — MLOps / ML infrastructure experience of 1+ year — Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm — Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI) — Good command of Python — Experience with Airflow, MLflow, JupyterHub, Seldon — Kubernetes administration experience of 2+ years — Practical experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK — Understanding of ML system architecture and their scaling

Will be a plus: — Experience with LLM / LLMOps — Experience with GPU / CUDA — Experience in building platform ML solutions — Experience with high-load distributed systems
