An international investment company operating in the fields of investment, venture projects, and cryptocurrencies is looking for a Trading Strategy Developer. The role is suitable for a specialist who can independently develop, test, and implement trading strategies with a focus on DeFi and DEX perpetuals.

Responsibilities: • Research market inefficiencies and develop trading strategies • Test ideas on historical data, considering real execution conditions • Analyze strategy risk/return (Sharpe, drawdown, etc.) • Develop strategies into production-ready code • Document strategy logic and parameters • Collaborate with DeFi analysts and external partners

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has experience in developing and launching trading strategies with proven live PnL ✔️ Has a deep understanding of perpetual futures (funding, basis, margin, liquidation, order book) ✔️ Has worked with DEX perpetuals (e.g., Hyperliquid) and their APIs ✔️ Is proficient in Python, pandas, Polars, and NumPy ✔️ Incorporates risk management during the strategy design phase ✔️ Experience with CEX API will be an advantage
