⚡️ Mandatory conditions: — Experience in developing and backtesting trading strategies — Deep understanding of DEX perpetuals mechanics (Hyperliquid, dYdX, etc.) and their APIs — Excellent Python and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, Polars, NumPy) — Understanding of perpetual futures mechanics (funding, basis, margin) — Proven track record of live strategies with real PnL

🔻 You: — Have a strong mathematical background and risk management culture — Possess strategic thinking and analytical skills — Able to perform backtesting on historical data, considering commissions and slippage — Plus: experience with statistical, event-driven, or directional strategies, as well as CEX APIs

🔻 What you will do: — Search for and research market-neutral strategies (funding arbitrage, basis) in DeFi — Backtest and evaluate risk/return metrics (Sharpe, max drawdown) — Write production-ready code for strategy execution in Python — Document the logic, parameters, and limits of each strategy — Monitor performance and revise algorithms as edge decays
