Main Requirements • 1 to 3 years of commercial development experience in C# / .NET • Understanding of REST and HTTP principles • Relational database design skills • Ability to read other people's code and work in a team • Adherence to code quality standards and code review practices • Readiness to work with an actively developing product • Experience using AI tools for development (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) — for accelerating development, code analysis and refactoring, preparing documentation, and solving technical tasks Mandatory Knowledge • C# / .NET — confident command of the language and ecosystem • ASP.NET Core — REST API development • Entity Framework Core — ORM, migrations, database work • PostgreSQL — schema design, query writing • JWT — authentication and authorization • Design Patterns — Repository, Service Layer, DI Will be an advantage • Experience with SignalR (WebSocket) • Knowledge of Hangfire or similar for background tasks • Experience integrating with external HTTP services (IHttpClientFactory, Polly) • Knowledge of FluentValidation • Experience with MinIO or S3-compatible storage • Understanding of Docker and containerization basics • Basic knowledge of Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) • Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger principles What you will be doing The main area of responsibility is the development and support of the server-side of the digital mortgage broker platform. Within the role: • Development and support of REST API on ASP.NET Core • Working with the PostgreSQL database via Entity Framework Core • Integration with external services (banks, electronic signatures, government services, SMS, file storage) • Implementation of background tasks via Hangfire • Real-time support via SignalR • Writing unit tests (NUnit, Moq) • Participation in code reviews What is offered Unique project: BI Finance is the only digital mortgage broker in Kazakhstan, part of the BI Group ecosystem, one of the largest developers in the country.
