Polyline Works is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You'll plan and execute the content calendar, create and edit posts/reels, track engagement metrics, and grow our audience among businesses and freelancers in Montenegro and the wider region.

Требования

1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency

Strong writing skills in English (Montenegrin/Serbian a plus)

Comfortable with basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

Understanding of platform analytics and how to act on them

Self-organized, able to work independently and hit a content schedule
