Responsibilities
- Create AI illustrations, visual concepts, photo styles, and 3D visuals for brands and special projects.
- Create AI video: from short conceptual and fashion fragments to production-ready clips.
- Work with modern AI tools for images and video: Midjourney, Krea, Recraft, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.
- Develop and test prompts, styles, and custom models, finding ways to control and improve results.
- Perform post-processing: retouching, compositing, editing, sound work, and final assembly of visuals.
- Brainstorm visual directions and develop ideas from concept to final result together with designers and leads.
- Keep up with trends in AI, video, and visual culture, and implement new tools and approaches in our work.
- Participate in internal experiments, creative sessions, and the development of the AI unit.
- Present your work to the team and clients.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with AI tools for generating images and video and a solid portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and editing/post-production tools (After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
- Good understanding of composition, color, light, form, dynamics, and visual storytelling.
- Sense of aesthetics, broad visual awareness, and understanding of contemporary trends in design, fashion, art, and video.
- Ability to transform an idea into a cohesive visual language, not just generate individual images or clips.
- Ability to analyze results, test prompts, and find ways to improve generation.
- Independence, curiosity, and a desire to experiment with new technologies.
Will be a plus: ComfyUI / Automatic1111, experience with 3D, animation, or sound design, knowledge of Figma and English.
Conditions
Project-based freelance work, hourly rate is discussed individually. Part-time and full-time options available.
