We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the complete revenue engine of 9Cents. This role will be responsible for aligning marketing, sales, dealing, and retention, ensuring predictable revenue growth while maintaining compliance within brand guidelines and Mauritius regulated brokerage operations.

Key Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage, fintech, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of:
  • A-book / B-book models
  • Trading lifecycle & brokerage revenue streams
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and dashboards
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams
