We’re hiring: Sales Operations Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help scale and optimize our business processes within a CFD brokerage environment.

🔎 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working with a CFD broker
• Strong understanding of sales and business development processes
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (optimization, updates, implementing new features)
• Ability to track and improve team performance
• Experience creating guidelines, SOPs, and internal processes
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

💼 Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Business Development team
• Manage and enhance CRM systems
• Monitor sales performance and drive improvements
• Develop and implement processes, standards, and best practices
