An international group of financial and payment companies, specializing in creating modern infrastructure for payment processing, is looking for a skilled Sales Manager. We provide solutions for global businesses in the iGaming, high-risk, e-commerce, and FX segments, connecting over 100+ payment instruments and 30+ currencies, and helping clients quickly enter new markets and scale their products with minimal bureaucracy.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to actively attract new B2B clients worldwide, with a focus on European markets. You will play a key role in expanding the client base, developing long-term business relationships, and achieving the company's ambitious commercial goals.

⚙️ Responsibilities:
— Proactive search and attraction of new merchants/clients in the fintech, payments, and high-risk segments. — Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact to deal closure and support during the onboarding phase. — Conducting negotiations, presentations, and preparing commercial proposals. — Collaborating with product, technical support, and compliance teams to ensure seamless solution launches for clients. — Achieving and exceeding planned KPI targets and key metrics. — Working in a dynamic environment with fast sales cycles and adaptation to market changes.
🔍 What we are looking for:
— Experience in B2B sales (fintech, payment solutions, PSP, iGaming, or high-risk segments). — Excellent communication and business negotiation skills. — Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. — Self-organization, high motivation, and a results-oriented approach. — Fluent English (B2–C1) for conducting negotiations and communicating with international clients. — Having a "warm" network of contacts in the industry will be a significant plus.
