About the role
We are currently looking for a strong Sales Manager who can build long-term relationships with merchants, possesses a wide network in the industry, and understands the specifics of international payments.
❤️ What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain partner relationships with merchants in various geographies;
- Attract new clients through your own network, referrals, and industry contacts;
- Sell and implement payment solutions tailored to clients' business needs;
- Work with a wide range of payment instruments: cards, APMs, local payment methods, bank transfers, P2P, crypto solutions, etc.;
- Analyze merchant needs and select optimal payment routes and PSPs;
❤️ What we expect:
- Experience in fintech for 3+ years;
- Practical experience working with merchants in international markets;
- Deep understanding of the payment industry and various payment solutions;
- An existing contact base and a strong network in the fintech/payment sector;
- Experience participating in international conferences and business events;
- Skills in conducting complex negotiations and closing large deals;
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
