About the Company: The company is a fast-growing startup developing payment infrastructure solutions in crypto and working with international clients across multiple markets, focusing on scalable financial products and seamless payment experiences.

About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding the client portfolio, and building strong partnerships in the payments and fintech space. The main goal is to generate revenue through new client acquisition and strategic deal development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new merchants and partners (PSP, fintech, high-risk verticals).
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiation → deal closure.
• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients.
• Present payment solutions tailored to client needs (acquiring, APM, payouts, crypto).
• Work closely with KAM, Product, and Compliance teams during onboarding.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company in negotiations and external communications.

Requirements:

• Experience in payments / fintech (PSP, acquiring, crypto).
• Proven track record in B2B sales and deal closing Strong understanding of payment products: acquiring, APMs, payouts, processing.
• Experience working with international clients and multiple GEOs.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with focus on revenue.
• High level of ownership and ability to work independently
• Languages: Russian — native, English — fluent.
