Head of Sales Required

PayPort is looking for a strong manager to form a commercial strategy, launch the product into new markets, and lead the team to high results. We need a leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical sales, build processes, and motivate the team to achieve ambitious KPIs.

▪️What you will do ▫️Attract clients and implement turnkey projects. ▫️Conduct meetings with key decision-makers, organize presentations, and compellingly communicate PayPort's value. ▫️Manage the full sales cycle, analyze the structure, and eliminate bottlenecks to increase efficiency. ▫️Synchronize work with heads of departments for the company's common goals. ▫️Develop and implement a strategy for revenue growth, customer base expansion, and market entry. ▫️Build and develop a team: set clear goals, track KPIs (number of leads, conversion, deal volume), build a motivation system, and help employees grow. ▫️Ensure the achievement of planned targets and regularly provide transparent reporting on key metrics.

▪️Requirements ▫️Experience as a Commercial Director / Head of Sales / Business Development Director. ▫️Personal sales experience with payment solutions, deep understanding of the deal cycle and deal management stages. ▫️Skills in preparing proposals and marketing materials for presale meetings. ▫️Ability to conduct C-level negotiations, proven lead generation tools. ▫️Experience in team leadership and achieving measurable results: revenue growth, increased customer base, improved conversion. ▫️Readiness to show high results, proficiency in English, willingness to travel on business.

▪️Conditions ▫️Remote work format (not in the Russian Federation) ▫️Payments twice a month. ▫️Vacation — 28 calendar days.
