We are looking for a strong Influence Manager to develop influencer marketing in the Uzbekistan market.

💼 Responsibilities: • Searching for and onboarding influencers (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) • Building long-term partnerships with bloggers • Launching and scaling advertising integrations • Performance analysis (CPL, CPA, ROI, FTD) • Traffic and creative quality control • Testing new hypotheses and channels • Maintaining a database of influencers and cooperation terms

🎯 Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience with influencers (preferably iGaming / betting / crypto) • Understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local platforms • Practical experience with Telegram influencers — must-have • Strong negotiation and traffic acquisition skills • Understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV • Russian + Uzbek language (will be a plus)
