SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER (JAVA)

About the company:

Seeking a senior developer for the integration team. The project focuses on the integration bus and message brokers; Java is used as the implementation language. Expertise in integrations and messaging patterns is important.

Tasks:

• Development and support of integration solutions based on the bus. • Integration of systems via message brokers (JMS / Oracle AQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ). • Using Kafka as a transport (without Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry). • Application of integration patterns (Message Router, Splitter, Aggregator, Idempotent Consumer, Dead Letter Channel, etc.) using ready-made components (Apache Camel, Spring Integration). • Documenting solutions in Confluence and handing over to the testing team.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of Java 8 or 11 at a Senior level. • Experience with an integration bus (WSO2, IBM App Connect, Oracle Service Bus, Apache Camel, MuleSoft, etc.). • Experience with message brokers: JMS / Oracle AQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ. • Understanding of integration patterns from “Enterprise Integration Patterns” and the ability to predict their behavior. • Experience documenting systems in Confluence.

Will be a plus:

• Additional experience with RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ. • Experience with Kafka as a transport. • Experience implementing patterns using Apache Camel or Spring Integration.
