Responsibilities
- consulting clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- selling banking products and services
- teaching clients how to use Sber services and products
- performing cash operations: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have secondary or higher education
- are friendly and ready to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
