Tochka Bank is looking for an Information Security Business Partner.
They are seeking a specialist who will ensure the security of Tochka Bank's new and existing products. Tochka is a fintech company that creates an online bank and other services for entrepreneurs and businesses. The goal is to create secure products and services for both the company and its clients. You will work to reduce the risk of information leaks, thereby ensuring business continuity.
What you will do:
- Analyze how the architecture of new IT solutions, products, and business processes complies with information security requirements
- Identify and assess potential information security risks
- Develop proposals and requirements for minimizing these risks
- Ensure that all recommended measures and requirements are implemented during product releases
- Provide expert support to project and business teams on information security matters
- Improve information security risk management procedures
You are a good fit if:
- You have at least three years of experience in the banking sector in a similar role
- You can identify information security risks and know how to minimize them
- You understand how to implement in practice the legislative requirements for the security of financial organizations and the requirements of the Bank of Russia
- You understand the principles of microservices and monolithic application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies
- You are familiar with information security legislation, specifically 716P, 821P, 683P, 787P
- You can organize your work and get things done without constant supervision or reminders

- Official salary starting from 300,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations and will be discussed during the interview. This is a gross amount (before taxes). Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on the total annual income.
