Information Security Business Partner
We are looking for a specialist who will ensure the security of new and existing products of Tochka Bank. We are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients. You will work on reducing the risk of information leaks, thereby ensuring business continuity.
What you will do
- Analyze how the architecture of new IT solutions, products, and business processes comply with information security requirements.
- Identify and assess potential information security risks.
- Develop proposals and requirements for minimizing these risks.
- Monitor the implementation of all recommended measures and requirements during product releases.
- Provide expert support to project and business teams on information security issues.
- Improve information security risk management procedures.

You are a good fit if
- You have at least three years of experience in the banking sector in a similar role.
- You know how to identify information security risks and how to minimize them.
- You understand how to practically implement the legislative requirements for the security of financial organizations and the requirements of the Bank of Russia.
- You understand the principles of microservices and monolithic application architectures, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies.
- You are familiar with legislation in the field of information security, 716-P, 821-P, 851-P (683-P), 787-P.
- You can organize your work and do what needs to be done without supervision or reminders.
