Tasks — Quickly get up to speed with the existing project context — Take on autonomous technical tasks — Deliver tasks to production without constant supervision

Requirements Hard Skills — Commercial experience in Android development for over 3 years — Experience in projects with a multi-module architecture — Strong practical knowledge of Jetpack Compose (creating custom UI components and optimizing interface performance) — Understanding of build systems and DI containers for independent integration of new features — Experience with REST API — Experience with proprietary external API — Experience with in-app databases (SQLiteOpenHelper, Room) — Experience with RxJava2 (as an advantage) — Experience with WorkManager (as an advantage) — Experience with Navigation3 (as an advantage) — Experience working under tight deadlines or in startup-format project teams (as an advantage)

🤝 Requirements Soft Skills — High level of autonomy — Ability to independently decompose technical tasks — Ability to ask the right questions during the planning phase — Ability to deliver a finished solution
