Lead Android Developer (High-Net-Worth Clients Stream)

MTS Bank is one of the key directions of the MTS ecosystem. We use modern digital solutions and develop high-tech banking services accessible to everyone. Our teams are improving fintech products for B2B and B2C.

We are currently looking for an Android Developer (middle) for the High-Net-Worth Clients Stream. The team is responsible for developing non-financial privilege services for the bank's high-net-worth clients. Services include taxi, airport business lounges, insurance, and special loyalty programs.

Technologies and Stack: Languages: Kotlin (primary), Java Core (knowledge required) UI: Jetpack Compose (practical experience required) Architecture: Clean Architecture, SOLID, MVI/MVVM patterns Asynchronicity: Kotlin Coroutines/Flow DI: Dagger 2

You will:

• Develop products using Kotlin/Java Core, participate in supporting and expanding functionality
• Conduct code reviews for continuous improvement
• Participate in development, planning, and PBR
• Communicate with architects, analysts, testers, and other developers
• Write unit tests and perform refactoring of the existing codebase

Important for us:

• Commercial Android development experience of 2+ years
• Confident command of Kotlin, knowledge of Java Core
• Practical UI development experience with Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines/Flow
• Experience with Dagger 2
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID
• Understanding of MVI and MVVM patterns
• Ability to write Unit tests
• Proficiency in Git

Will be a plus:

• Experience in developing, publishing, and supporting Android SDK
• Experience with a multi-module project structure
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI or others)
