🚀 Looking for a strong Middle/Senior Analyst-Developer to join my advertising analytics team!
We are expanding rapidly and are currently looking for 3 people.
At Ozon Ads, we are building an advertising platform for promoting products on the marketplace. Data Science (ranking, auto-bidders) and our team are behind its development.
This is a vacancy with complex and interesting tasks in the field of analytics. We support launched products (new auto-bidders, campaign types), answer non-trivial questions about how to make things better, and tackle both technical tasks like setting up or optimizing ETL, and more creative ones where you can apply various heuristics, mathematics, and more.
💰 Salary: 345,000 – 440,000 ₽ gross (including semi-annual bonuses) and above. For top candidates, we are willing to discuss a higher range. 📍 Work format: office (Moscow / St. Petersburg) or remote from anywhere in the world.
What you will be doing (our stack: PySpark, Airflow, ClickHouse, Python, SQL): ✅ Solving business problems: answering complex questions (how to calculate fraud volume in an incident? how to set up an auto-bidder here? what to show a seller in their account?) ✅ Setting up regular reporting (a new product was launched, we want to understand if there are any problems) ✅ Designing infrastructure: developing and optimizing ETL processes in PySpark and Airflow, improving their stability and speed.
A bit of template text to keep up with others: 🔹 Product thinking: the ability to see the real business behind the tables and the readiness to answer customer questions. 🔹 Strong Python: confident development and support of production code. 🔹 Powerful SQL: complex queries, window functions, optimization and debugging of heavy scripts. 🔹 Experience in DE: designing ETL processes and understanding the principles of building data marts. 🔹 Proactivity is welcomed: if you see that a pipeline is slow or a metric doesn't reflect the essence, come up with a solution and improve the process.
(Knowledge of the entire stack is welcome, but strong Python, SQL in any dialect, and product common sense are must-haves).
