The recruitment process is very simple and comfortable. There's an introductory call with a recruiter, a technical interview, and a meeting with the Head of UA. After that, it's an offer.

- you want to work not just as an analyst, but as a business partner
- you enjoy close interaction with clients
- you like to dive deep into the business context
- you have experience in UA or marketing analytics, but this is not mandatory
- you have a good understanding of statistics
- you are proficient in Python and SQL
- you work with AI

- we currently have 4 mobile apps in our portfolio
- this year we plan to launch two more products on the web
- we have an absolutely horizontal structure

- in terms of analytics, we have achieved a high level of self-service, so there are no ad-hoc tasks with urgent priority. There are also no tasks like "please export the data for me" or "please build me a chart".

I propose that together we help performance marketing navigate purchasing decisions. To do this, we will:
- define purchasing targets based on existing LTV forecasts
- delve into web traffic acquisition. this is new for us, experience with the web is welcome
- help improve the algorithm for evaluating creatives and identifying benchmark ones
- analyze competitors
- conduct research and generate insights for scaling acquisition
